These organic hessian squares are a intriguing texture for little hands they are rougher than cotton but also much more durable. The edges of these squares have been sewn with organic thread to prevent any fraying of the edges.

Hessian is made from the skin of the Jute plant and is entirely made from natural fibres, once its usefulness has finished hessian can be put into the soil to biodegrade, all our hessian is from sustainable sources and it is wonderful ecological fabric for your sensory basket.
